Under the direction of the Director of Enrollment Management, the Enrollment Management Associate supports the recruitment and retention of mission aligned students and families at ROBS. This position requires a warm, engaging personality who enjoys interacting with prospective and current families and will enthusiastically promote the mission of ROBS. Handling confidential information in a sensitive way is essential. Qualified candidates will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be well organized, and have the ability to balance a variety of demands.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the ROBS mission and programs in order to communicate the value of the ROBS experience to all constituencies, particularly prospective parents.
- Manage the application process from inquiry to enrollment and provide on-going support to applicant families throughout the process.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office by responding to inquiries, entering applicant data, processing documents, and maintaining accurate records in Blackbaud.
- Provide data analysis of applicant pool and collaborate with colleagues to identify other areas for research. Compile and organize data for admission and enrollment reports.
- Assist with the planning and execution of all admission events, including testing days, tours, open houses, and new student/parent functions.
- Train and supervise parent and/or student volunteers supporting our recruitment efforts.
- Develop relationships with faculty and staff throughout campus, helping the community understand everyone’s role in enrollment management.
- Provide support for the enrollment management team by assisting with office management tasks such as scheduling meetings, processing correspondence, updating presentations and publications, and other projects as needed.
- Support the Director of Enrollment Management in the completion of his/her duties.
Associated Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in Advancement Council, collaborating with colleagues on the development, admission, and communications teams to contribute to the school’s strategic goals.
- Attend all team, school, and relevant department meetings.
- Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
- Assist with carpool, lunch, and/or reception desk duty.
- Be on campus from approximately 7:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on school days, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends for event-related activities.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required qualifications and skills:
- A vibrant Christian faith and a desire to work in a Christian environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two years of professional experience in admissions, marketing, communications or similar field
- In-depth knowledge and skill with various computer programs, including the Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Blackbaud preferred
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
