River Oaks Baptist School is seeking applicants for our Assistant Director of Prime-Time position.
This role supports the Director of Prime-Time and the Prime-Time Department, which is the School’s on site after-school childcare program, in organizing and implementing activities associated with Prime-Time and outside Enrichment providers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Director of Prime-Time and the Prime-Time Department
- Assist the Director of the Prime-Time program with staffing, parent concerns, student dismissals, department coordination, and scheduling
- Coordinate Enrichment provider paperwork and mandatory training completion and maintain vendor files
- Manage the purchasing of department supplies
- Assist with interviewing and reference checks and onboarding of new employees
- Supervise the Enrichment class drop-off process
- Prepare spreadsheets and meeting agendas
- Process class refunds or changes in the Campbrain system for enrichment classes
- Monitor and coordinate student dismissal changes through SchoolPass
- Manage snack distribution to students
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a similar position
- Prior experience working with children in a school environment
- A bachelor’s degree
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Able to exercise independent judgement
- The ability to communicate well with students, parents, visitors and colleagues
- Excellent people skills
- Familiarity with Outlook
